I don't have it right now, just take it out of the security deposit!

Security Deposit (Noun): an amount of money that a renter pays when beginning to rent property (such as an apartment) and that can be used to pay for any damage that the renter causes to the property

So unfortunately, rent is still due and you can be evicted for non-payment even if there is a security deposit being held for the property.
