A irate tenant calls complaining that there are ants in the apartment. She states that they are infesting the property. The owner of the property immediately calls a pest control property and send them out to clean up the pests. A week later, the tenant calls again, stating that the ants are back, and demands a different pest control company comes out since the first one obviously didn't know what they were doing. The owner, once again complies... And once again, a week later she calls with the same complaint.
Finally the owner, upset at 'losing' so much money, hires a property manager to handle the situation and inspect the unit with the pest control company.
Turns out, the ants were located in the kitchen pantry, in and around where the cat food was!
