A tenant calls the owner of a property frantic that someone is "looking in her window's with a laser scope every night"
She has called the police, talked to neighbors, but no one seems to know who is looking in the windows with a scope. She states that she is living in constant fear, and now that the police are no longer trying to help, she has no where else to turn but to the owner of the property.
After weeks of trying to figure it out, the owner decides to do a "stake out" of their own and waits outside the home, ALL.NIGHT.LONG! Around 3 am, the tenant calls stating that the red dot is there again. The owner can't see anything from outside the property, so he goes inside to see first hand what is going on. The tenant slowly opens the blinds, to show the owner the red dot they see every night!
And she's right, there is a red dot, but it is the refelction of the woman's own telephone light across the room on the dark window instead of a laser site shining in the window.
Moral of the story, sometimes turning on the light can help you see what is really there!
