An irate tenant calls their manager complaining that their neighbor across the way is a 'pervert'. Every night they catch him looking in the window to their bathroom. They don't want to call the police in fear of retaliation.
The manager, trying to find a resolution, approaches the neighbor to explain the circumstances and states, if it doesn't stop the police will be called! The neighbor calmly states, the whole neighborhood is watching them... They NEVER close the blinds!
Sometimes it is very helpful to get both sides of the story!
