In addition to brand new quality construction, you’ll have DirectTV laundry machines in unit, covered parking, internet service through Google Fiber, water, sewer, and garbage removal.

Pets may be approved on a case by case basis. A separate pet application must be completed. Additional deposit and a monthly pet fee will be required.

How many people can we have in a unit?+

The one bedroom units are limited to two adults up to a maximum of three occupants. The two bedroom units are limited to three adults up to a maximum of four occupants.

What is parking like?+

The two bedroom units come with two spots and the one bedroom units come with one. Additional fees for an additional spot. There are no assigned spots but there are parking passes. Most parking will be covered.
